We answer every email ourselves, usually within one business day. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot pretending to be a vet tech.

What we can help with

• Which product for my dog? Tell us their age, weight, breed and what you're seeing, and we'll tell you honestly — including when the answer is "see your vet first" or "you don't need this yet."
• Dosing — loading amounts, combining products, what to do if your dog is between weight brackets.
• Certificates of analysis — send us the batch code from the bottom of your tub and we'll send that batch's lab results.
• Orders — tracking, changes, subscriptions, refunds under the 90-day guarantee.

What we can't help with

We can't diagnose your dog, tell you whether a symptom is serious, or advise you to change a medication your vet prescribed. If your dog is suddenly lame, has blood in the stool, is vomiting repeatedly, or has stopped eating — close this page and call your vet. That is not us being cautious; it is genuinely the right call.
