4. Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

5. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date by emailing info@furryfriendlabs.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund orders already processed, which remain covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping
We ship to the United States only. Shipping rates and details are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee.

8. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and contact information.
