Every order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 90 days of the delivery date and we will refund the order, including opened tubs. You do not need to ship anything back.

How to request a refund

Email info@furryfriendlabs.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next renewal date by emailing us. Each subscription order is covered by the same 90-day money-back guarantee.

Shipping costs

Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping charges are refunded when the item arrived damaged or defective, or when we sent the wrong item.
