Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses (allow an extra 7–10 days for those).

The 90-day guarantee

These ingredients need time. Joint support takes six to eight weeks before most owners notice anything, and skin and coat about the same. So the guarantee is built around how the products actually work:

Give it 90 days at the labeled dose. If your dog is no better, email us and we'll refund the order — the opened tub included. You keep the product; there is nothing to ship back.

One refund per household, on your first order of a given product. We ask that you have actually given it for 90 days, because a refund at week two tells us nothing and doesn't help your dog.

Returns

• Unopened, within 30 days — full refund, no questions. Email us for a prepaid label.
• Opened, within 90 days — covered by the guarantee above. Keep the product.
• Wrong item, damaged, or leaked in transit — send us a photo and we ship a replacement the same day. No return needed.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

Cancel, skip, or change the interval any time from your account. No phone call, no retention script. Changes made more than 24 hours before a scheduled charge apply to that shipment; after that they apply to the next one.

Something went wrong with an order

Email us with your order number and we'll fix it. Tracking that hasn't moved in 5 business days, a package marked delivered that never arrived, a wrong address caught early — all of it is easier to solve the sooner you tell us.
